Golbert creates fiber sculptures, collages, art quilts, embroidered art, watercolors, and artists' books.
She makes handmade paper and dyes her silk with French cold water dyes, using these materials and many others to create her artwork. Several major hotels display her fiber murals and installations. Her work is also exhibited in galleries and museums across the United States and the Caribbean. Sandra's Art-to-Wear, sold in various galleries, museum shops, and boutiques, includes one-of-a-kind jewelry, embroidery, and hand-painted scarves.
